Crown Estate Scotland want to develop a design brief that will encompass: - Coherence throughout the masterplan - Green energy and green buildings - Active travel and leisure use appropriate to a modern business hub - Maritime landscaping - Attractive urban design Key deliverables will include: - Full planning landscape design - with planting and maintenance schedule - accepted by the local planning authority - Supporting the architect with a masterplan design guide/framework meeting Crown Estate Scotland's aims and accepted by the local planning authority - Contribute, including design and materials, to support PPiP planning applications for new use classes - Contribute and support the architects in creating a suite of CGIs suitable for the promotion of ZeroFour An in-situ 3D video fly-through and 3D masterplan layout set against the surroundings",
