Award of a Framework of suitably experienced and skilled contractors to carry out planned programmes of interior and exterior painting and decoration works across our properties in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Establishment of a framework of contractors who will carry out internal and external painting and decoration works. The Framework will be for 2 years with a further 2 optional extensions of 1 year.. Low value (up to GBP3,000) works orders will be allocated first to the best value contractor, then second best and so on. Higher value works orders will be subject to further (mini) competition where all framework contractors will be invited to bid.

Renewal: 2 x 1 year extensions
