A Purchasing Framework is to be established and Contractors are to be invite to submit a bid. If their bid is successful, they would receive a place on the Framework.

Provision of Roads Maintenance Services

A tender opportunity will be published in June 2022. Contractors will be invited to submit their tender. Details of the scope of the Framework are provided in the Draft Specification of Requirements Document which has been attached to this Notice. Potential Bidders are encouraged to attend Pre-tender Engagement Events as mentioned in the 'Additional Information' section of this Notice.. A pre-tender engagement event (online) is being held on Thursday 21 April 2022 (and Tuesday 7 June 2022) which is being hosted by the Supplier Development Programme. The purpose of the event is to let potential Bidder/Contractors know about the tender opportunity and what it might entail for them as a company.
