Boiler Replacement for Caledonian Court Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU)
Notice Description
Glasgow Caledonian University is seeking a contractor to assist with a new boiler project within Caledonian Court. The boiler installer shall supply, install, commission and test nine new boilers serving the following student halls of residences blocks - Skye, Queens, Admin, Lewis, Mull, Nairn, Orkney, Portree & Raasay. Boilers shall be replaced on a like for like basis. The successful installer shall visit site before works commence to confirm existing space is sufficient, infrastructure is in place to allow for the new boilers to be installed and controls are compatible with the existing. The installer shall include for any builders' work required. The installer shall also offer, as an optional extra, an ongoing maintenance contact for all the boilers. The Contractor shall also produce O&M installation information including equipment user guides, schedules and as built schematics.
