Notice Description

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a property agent on 3-year (+ 1-year optional extension) contract to market for sale/lease, plots of vacant development land at Eurocentral Business Park, North Lanarkshire. In addition to property marketing, certain draw-down services will form part of the contract to further advise Scottish Enterprise if/as required (strategic, valuation, planning, technical advice). The contract is anticipated as starting early July 2022. Further details can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a property agent on 3-year (+ 1-year optional extension) contract to market for sale/lease, plots of vacant development land at Eurocentral Business Park, North Lanarkshire. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Scottish Enterprise has the right to extend the contract for an addition 12-month period at its sole discretion following an initial period of 36 months.
