AD-HOC CLEANING AND RELATED SOFT FM SERVICES - University of Aberdeen - The majority of soft FM services at the University of Aberdeen are provided in house by the Facilities team, with outsourced arrangements for specific buildings which lie outwith the main campuses. There are occasions and scenarios when institutional operational activities require additional support, either through specialist expertise or equipment, or supplementary resourcing due to the nature, location, size/scale, completion timeframe, or level of expertise and equipment required to undertake the work. The University is therefore seeking to appoint suitable contractors to a framework to provide a range of efficient and high quality reactive cleaning and related facilities services which utilise industry best practice and are able to enhance and complement the University's resources and support activities. -
