The Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified contractor to force access to various council properties. The services required will typically include attending properties with Council officers (or representatives - Engineers, Surveyors and Contractors) and gaining access through non-destructive means. This service is required to be delivered to a number of properties throughout North Ayrshire.

The Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified contractor to force access to various council properties. The services required will typically include attending properties with Council officers (or representatives - Engineers, Surveyors and Contractors) and gaining access through non-destructive means. The successful Contractor will provide attendance (half day or full day) accompanying a Council officer (and/or representatives) to various addresses throughout North Ayrshire and providing access through non-destructive means. Occasional requirements include: repairing or replacing locks. Based on historical data, the following are anticipated to be required per annum; 77 full day visits 17 half day visits
