The Council is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of energy efficient windows and doors which will predominantly be UPVC. The contract is for supply and installation for the Council's Housing Asset Services to Council owned domestic properties. The contract will be operated on a call-off basis as specific programmed and response supplies/installations are identified. The actual quantity of goods ordered/installed under the contract will vary from year to year depending upon requirements of capital programme and the housing repairs service. The Council are reserving the right to include replacement windows and doors into their separately procured contracts for external upgrading works such as render/EWI and roofing.
