Notice Description
The Contract involves the replacement of existing common close store doors, common close external doors and door entry systems throughout Greenock Inverclyde. The Contract may also include the replacement of existing windows and external doors.

Lot 1
Singe stage tendering and all bidders may submit a tender. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. SPD Scotland v1.2 Question2D.1.2- Bidders must provide a separate SPD response (Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor.
Renewal: May take up options of twelve month annual extensions up to a maximum of three further years beyond the initial two year contract period

Cloch Housing Association will disregard, and not evaluate the remainder of a Tenderers bid should the Tenderer fail to achieve the minimum score of 2 (a Pass) against any of the Questions included with Part C.
