The works will take place within the common close areas of tenement properties and to the exterior of tenement and main door properties. The full contract requirements are set out in the ITT Document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract is to be let for a period of three years with an option to extend the contract for a further one year.
