Notice Description
This Procurement is for the review, prioritisation, design and overview of 13 confirmed M&E Projects resulting from the Police Scotland Condition Surveys with a provision to commission other Projects up to a total design cost of GBP960,000.00 over 3 years based upon the tendered rates.The Consultant must be cognisant that this procurement covers the whole of Scotland (including the islands) and the range of works is likely to extend from small scale lighting or fire alarm upgrades to full station re-wiring and heating renewals, including boiler replacements and full HVAC system renewals.
