We are looking for a contractor to supply and fit Carpets, vinyl (including non slip) and LVT flooring. Perfect fit or roller blinds in around 220 our new and existing properties over the next 3 to 5 years

Lot 1

We are looking to appoint a contractor to supply and fit good quality flooring and blinds to 144 of our new build properties over the next 6-18 months with a further 84 units planned within the next 3 to 5 years. There is also an opportunity to replace flooring and blinds in our temporary accommodation and sheltered housing complexes on an ad-hoc basis.

Renewal: 2 year extension subject to performance
