Notice Description

Provide a full PM and design team service for the RIBA Plan of Work Stages listed, to deliver the Learning Space (GB1130/31) identified within the GB Public Spaces Review. Allow for separate preparation of drawings and submission of a Listed Building Application and Building Warrant Application for each phase. The project shall comprise two phases Phase 1: Shell enabling works Where the output shall be completed works listed below, delivered within the financial year 2022/23. See indicative programme Fig 1 (To be developed) Stage 1-6 The shell works shall comprise (See Fig 2): I. Formation of the slapping between GB1130 & 1131, making good and supply and installation of acoustic door II. Removal of existing corridor and associated wall III. Formation of the new door at GB1113 corridor IV. First fix of LTHW & drainage at proposed sink Phase 2: Fit-out Stages 1-4 Where the output shall be a complete set of Tender documents for the full fit-out of GB1130/31 to form the Learning Space including a pricing schedule and PCI. Provide a pre-tender estimate. The learning space fit-out design shall be in accordance with Clore Dufield Foundation Learning Spaces research and guidance where relevant.
