Tasks required as part of this service are as follows: 1. Generate ideas and develop technical scopes for new projects. 2. Identify relevant key stakeholders in companies who are potential collaborators. 3. Hold technical and business development discussions with potential collaborators to solicit interest. 4. Refine technical scopes and business proposals based on feedback from collaborators and ensure regulatory acceptance of concepts 5. Gain commitment from collaborators to initiate a project 6. Negotiate collaboration agreements to initiate a project",
