Notice Description
Police Scotland Estates team have an requirement for external professional demand management services to support, oversee and help deliver our H&S and compliance related projects. The appointed service provider (The Demand Management Team (DMT) Lead) will oversee and respond to queries arising from both the Hard FM services provider (Servest) and other 3rd Party Contractors who will be responsible for the delivery of the most aged and urgent actions of the 4,500 projects over the next 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months if additional support is required and budget is available.
