Notice Description

HIAL required a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to meet the following requirements, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds: - Rates Valuation - Investment Property Valuation - Tenant Dilapidation Negotiations
Options: The Service Provider provided additional related services as requested by HIAL on an ad hoc basis which are in addition to those specified.
Renewal: There will be provision to extend annually by a further two years if mutually agreed and depending on performance.
