Notice Description

The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) has a requirement for the Provision of Hotel Services at our Ness Walk and Bryden Lodge buildings, which are located in Inverness.

Lot 1

Cleaning Services Requirements The scope of cleaning services relates to cleaning which is deemed to be 'routine' or 'on-request'. Examples of which include, but are not limited to: - External cleaning of car park and external ground areas - Reactive cleaning (if requested for spillages) - Routine cleaning - Window cleaning (external) - Window cleaning (internal) Security Services Requirements - Daily lockdowns - Alarm activation - Possible ad-hoc presence for any out of hours maintenance work which can't take place during normal business hours (please note this is rare). - Room moves (as and when required) - Routine emergency light checks

Renewal: The Contract will commence on the contract commencement date for a period of eight (8) months with the option of an additional two (2) x twelve (12) month periods.
