The Scottish Police Authority and Police Scotland (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") is required to appoint a Contractor to deliver the following Professional, Technical and Design Services to Support Housing Project Upgrades: - Project Manager - Architect - Structural Engineer - Services Engineer - Quantity Surveyor - Principal Designer

Further Competition under Crown Commercial Services RM6165 - Construction Professional Services - Lot 1. Contract Duration: 2 year (+1 year). Total contract value of GBP 499,999 (excluding VAT).
Options: The contract will also contain the ability on an optional basis to source additional Estates professional services when required for the following either unconfirmed projects or where the required professional services to support the project has not yet been identified.
