Procurement Information
The contract provides civil engineering consultancy services to Shetland Islands Council in relation to its programme of jetty maintenance at the Port of Sullom Voe. This contract has been extended due to exceptional circumstances entirely outwith the Council's control, related to Covid-19 restrictions on travel and construction related works and to allow a programme of specialist work to be completed before structural endorsements expired, additional restrictions affecting Council resources during the coronavirus outbreak made carrying out the tendering of this contract in the original timeframe impossible.
