Notice Description
Glasgow City Council is seeking a Provider to deliver a Housing First for Youth Service. The Council is committed to working collaboratively to deliver person-centred, effective services that support the individual with a relationship- based approach to work towards tenancy sustainment, (preventing homelessness), promoting health and well-being, and ensuring clear pathways to independent living whilst maximising young people's potential. It is anticipated that the Housing First for Youth Service will work with up to 35 young people across the City at any one time.

Glasgow City Council is seeking a single Provider to deliver a Housing First for Youth Service to young people aged 16 - 26th birthday and have a range of complex needs where support will be intensive, person-centred, built around an individual's needs and goals, and is flexible to reflect the young person's situation..
