Notice Description

Ayrshire Roads Alliance (ARA) is a shared integrated roads and transportation service established in 2014 and provides the combined roads service for East and South Ayrshire Councils. The Service is delivered with the overall objective of improving the road and transportation service in both Council areas and is lead by East Ayrshire Council (Awarding Authority).ARA requires to appoint a suitable consultant to manage a multi-disciplinary team to undertake the detailed design of the Kilmarnock Green Infinity Loop.The Kilmarnock Green Infinity Loop is an ambitious town-scale active travel project with a vision to connect all residential and community areas with key retail areas, the town centre, all educational facilities, parks, leisure and tourist destinations using high quality, safe and green travel corridors. It supports East Ayrshire Council's aspirations for 'Green, Clean and Vibrant' communities as well as East Ayrshire Leisure's vision to support everyone to 'Live their Best Life'.
