COPFS required expert advice to help deliver a business case for the refurbishment investment required at our Ballater Street asset, in the context of the strategic and operational drivers for change in the Civil Service. Business Case Proposals (for investment, refurbishment and property innovations) is covered under the core scope/terms and conditions of COPFS-2022-097. Due to rigorous timelines for seeking a request for Scottish Government funding, the Supplier provided a Senior Management Team with business case development experience.
