The scope of this tender is for the provision of business travel services. Our service requirements include the following:- - Booking of individual NZTC staff/contractor travel requirements both in the UK and overseas including the following methods of travel: > Rail > Air > Hotel > Car Hire, etc - Visa applications for overseas trips as necessary; - Conference / Events venue bookings: block hotel room bookings, meeting rooms, etc; and - Offsite NZTC team meetings and events.
Renewal: Contract will be subject to annual renewal clause
