This agreement relates to the servicing and maintenance by the manufacturer of 12 flow cytometry instruments used within medical research at the University. These instruments have been customised to the University's requirements from their standard design and specification.
Options: The University retains the option to include additional equipment to the maintenance agreement if purchased during the course of this agreement.
Procurement Information
The equipment to which this maintenance agreement relates are 12 custom flow cytometry instruments manufactured by Becton Dickinson. In order to maintain the continuity of ongoing research to which these instruments relate, and given the level of customisation relative to standard products, they need to be maintained by the original manufacturer.
