Provision of a Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Support for Children and Young People
Notice Description
The Prior Information Notice and this additional information relates to a Provider Information Event only in relation to a future Falkirk Council Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People. The Council seeks to commission flexible, responsive and consistently high quality services. Providers shall have the capability to work with children & young people with mental health and wellbeing needs between the ages of 5 and 24 years (26 if care experienced). Service Users may have a range of support needs including specific support requirements attributed to physical disability, learning disability, mental health difficulties, sensory impairment, communication difficulties and behaviours that may challenge. Providers shall have the ability to work with Service Users who may be reluctant to engage. The duration of the Framework is anticipated to be 2 years with the option of two 12 month extensions.
