Install new VAILLANT ECOTEC PLUS 637 high efficiency condensing boiler in the plant room. Install radiators - 2x 600mm x 2000mm and 2x 600mm x 2400mm spaced evenly around the 4 walls of the hall. And fit with the heat exchangers 1 x POWRMATIC destratification fan sited at high level CECx 1400 model

Remove and dispose of existing gas fired low level heaters and all associated redundant equipment from drill hall. Install new boiler, heat exchangers and destratification fans, timer clocks and controls.
