This contract is to replace existing single-ply waterproof roofing membrane at the atrium above the Assembly Hall along with ceiling and flooring repairs within the assembly hall. The roofing system is Sika and the glazing system that interfaces is Vitral. The full draft package has been included for reference.. Owing to the specialist nature of this contract Dundee City Council is looking to engage with contractors with experience of these types of works prior to publishing of invitation to quote.
