The Home Energy Crisis Response Service is a new service funded by NHSGGC to provide a crisis support service across the Board area to mitigate the impact of fuel poverty for Acute care and mental health patients.

A crisis support service for Acute and mental Health patients who are experiencing fuel poverty. This is a new service aimed at mitigating the effects of fuel poverty on patients. The scheme will offer advice and support to patients who need to access vouchers for financial support relating to fuel costs for home heating.
Procurement Information
There is an urgent need to procure this service given the subject matter of the contract. We are confident that there are only two potential suppliers and both have been reviewed and a preferred supplier selected based on ability to cover full geographic reach of service.
