Renfrewshire Council requires the Contractor to power wash windows prior to the installation of window protection. All facades to be power washed with anti-fungicidal wash, using a stiff brush in areas where required, prior to the application of primer (2 coats) and top-coat (2 coats) to ensure clean bond of paint to existing surface.
