There is no guarantee that the Scottish Police Authority shall use all 150 hours support allocated per month during the extension period and shall only pay for hours actually used and requested via Official Purchase Order to cover any applicable delays with the Phase 1 programme. This element will be subject to budget availability should the requirement arise within the contract extension period and contract spend will be monitored by Procurement to ensure contract spend is within the maximum parameters identified. Hourly rates are specified within the contract and fixed for the full contract duration including any optional extension period. This contract shall not exceed 419,545.64 GBP ex VAT in value (SC Ref:717993)",
