Lot 1
FPHA wish to appoint a supported business to undertake our planned grounds maintenance services (predominately grass cutting). The areas in question are made up of common open spaces and over 100 individual gardens of our tenants that are part of the assisted Garden Tidy scheme.
Renewal: Two additional 12 month extensions are available at the discretion of FPHA.
