Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council ("NAC") on behalf of North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) have an ongoing requirement for the provision of a community links network. The service will support early intervention and prevention with the aim of enabling people to live well, flourish in their community, and connect with others. The purpose of a community link network is to enable individuals to maintain independent living; actively engage in the community as valued and active citizens; and make positive social relationships.
