For Lot 1 (Licensed Works) the Contractor must hold (as a minimum), a current , valid HSE license in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor must declare to SBHA, within 1 day of notification of any new suspensions, restrictions or additional conditions placed on their HSE license. The Contractor must also declare and provide details of any suspensions, restrictions or additional conditions placed on their license in the last 3 years. For both Lots the Contractor or their designated sub-contractor must hold a valid UK waste carrier license for the duration of the Contract The Contractor must declare any new suspensions, restrictions or additional conditions placed on their own or their sub-contractor waste carriers license or waste management license immediately to SBHA. These will be evaluated on a PASS/FAIL basis. Failure to meet any of these criteria will result in a Fail and the Tender response will not be evaluated further"
