Maintenance and repair of photovoltaic installations at various locations in the Dundee City Council area.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Dundee City Council seeks to engage suppliers for the maintenance and repair of photovoltaic installations. The Service Plan will include for one scheduled maintenance inspections per building per annum. The maintenance service agreement shall include for preventative cover only, with costs associated with materials and labour for any necessary subsequent repairs being in addition to the contract. During each scheduled maintenance visit the installations will undergo a complete maintenance inspection with all equipment being thoroughly checked and cleaned. The contract will be for an initial two-year term with an option to extend up to two additional 12 month periods. The contract shall be set up as one single contract covering multiple Council buildings each with potential separate installations.
