Notice Description
The Scottish Government, on behalf of Scottish Ministers, wishes to commission research to improve understanding of historic state policies targeted at Gypsy/Traveller communities in Scotland during the 20th Century, colloquially known as the "Tinker Experiment" and "Tinker Housing Experiments". The aim of this contract is to carry out qualitative research to enable the sharing of lived experiences of these policies and to understand what it is believed the impacts of these policies were among Scotland's present-day Gypsy/Traveller communities.
