Procurement Information
This procurement was undertaken through Lot 6 of the Scottish Government Marketing Services collaborative framework agreement. As per the framework guidelines, as the requirement falls under the GDP 20k threshold then the buyer can procure the service through direct award through the ranked route. Communication was undertaken with the first ranked supplier but they declined to participate as this is not an event they currently support. The second ranked supplier were then contacted who provided a quote and proposal and have therefore been accepted for this procurement.
