We are required to provide a medical examination for taxi and private hire drivers aged 65 and over and those that have declared a medical condition on their application with a medical assessment to ascertain whether they meet DVLA Group 2 Standards. Following such a medical assessment, provide Perth and Kinross Council with written confirmation in the form of a professional report as to whether the driver meets the standard and is either fit or unfit to drive a taxi or private hire vehicle within Perth and Kinross.

Renewal: Option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
