The output Bord na Gaidhlig seeks is: An overview & comparison between current delivery models supported by BnG & an assessment of their impact, taking into account: 1. The Comann nam Parant pilot 2. CALA & Highland Council 0-3 project 3. Other Local Authority projects / posts supported by BnG 4. Areas where there are no officers / projects in place locally supporting this sector. 5. Impact of Covid-19 6. Support available to parents accessing / looking to access Gaelic Early Years Provision Evaluation of the pilot project run by Comann nam Parant from 2021 - current. Examples of successful 0-3 models from countries with minority language provision. Recommendations that would enable Gaelic Early Years (0-3) provision to strengthen & develop resulting in consistent provision across Scotland. Details of resources required to take forward these recommendations, levels of funding, training, staffing, structure of support etc.
