The procurement was a call off by direct award from the Scotland Excel Security Services and Cash Collection 0719 Framework, Lot 3 Guarding, Key Holding, Event Stewarding and Taxi Marshalling. The call off contract was awarded to the ranked 1 supplier on the Lot in terms of quality and price.. The call off term for the direct award is 1 April 2023 - 31 March 2024 with the option to extend for up to 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
