Notice Description

Scottish Ministers acting through Social Security Scotland require a Service Provider to manage and maintain a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Server hosted on the Scottish Government Network used to transmit files to and from various third parties.

Lot Information

Lot 1

This services include, but are not limited to: - Updating the SFTP software including changing/moving routing - Creating new routing and secure transfer files - Managing file routing service documentation and route/file naming conventions - Regular testing of new and changing routes/files as part of the business as usual (BaU) work - Providing assurance on iTECS led regular patching - Responding to incidents raised via the CDO Service desk ticketing process, managed by the CDO incident manager from 09:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays - Agreeing an Exit Plan to training CDO resources in all actions required to transition SFTP services to Social Security Scotland internal resources. Including but not limited to: - Creating new routes and file names - Testing of new routes and file names in advance of product/service launches

Options: There is an option to extend the contract for a further 6 months after the initial 6 months.
