The works may include all external (e.g. roofing, windows, doors, external wall and cavity wall insulation, PV installations) and all internal works (e.g. kitchen and bathroom upgrades, heating and rewiring) as required to maintain the stock (c.13,000 properties) at the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and also to achieve the energy efficiencies for social housing 2 (EESSH2) and step change to meet Net Zero targets
