Procurement Information
Regulation 6.1.b.2 of the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations 2016 allows for an award in the absence of competition for technical reasons. At this time, Harvest /Forecast is the only available tool which meets our needs and it plays a vital part in our assurance process.
