This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a call for expressions of interest for a future Contract Notice opportunity for the procurement of reception, bulking, transport and treatment of kerbside collected food waste streams managed by Dumfries and Galloway Council. Feedback from interested parties will also be considered when finalising the Invitation to Tender and other procurement documentation.

Kerbside Collected Food Waste West
Provision of a sealed, open topped skip with suitable sliding roof or cover, compliant for transportation of ABPR category 3 food waste, collection and treatment of kerbside food waste from the Councils waste transfer station in Stranraer.. The proposed lotting structure may be subject to change.
Kerbside Collected Food Waste EastProvision of suitable reception, bulking and storage facility in the Dumfries area followed by transport and/or treatment of kerbside food waste collected by the Council waste service team in the East of the region.. The proposed lotting structure may be subject to change.
