The Scottish Ministers, on behalf of The Scottish Government have a requirement to engage with a partner to maintain and develop a range of applications and platforms to support the re-settlement of Ukrainians displaced by war against their country.

Lot 1
More than 12 million people have been displaced as a result of Russia's war against Ukraine. Scotland is committed to welcoming a 'fair and proportionate share' of the total entering the UK. Scottish Government have established a programme to plan, co-ordinate, direct and oversee the actions needed: - to provide pre-arrival advice and in-country support to potential applicants and assist with travel arrangements for Displaced Person's (DPs) that have met the super sponsor, the family sponsor or the individual sponsor scheme criteria - to safely welcome Ukrainian DPs who arrive through the super sponsor, the family sponsor or the individual sponsor routes - respond to their immediate needs on arrival; and provide the DPs with longer term support that enables them to live safely in Scotland until they are able to return to Ukraine A Contract is required to cover the following service scope: A) The technical capability and capacity to design, develop, maintain, improve, upgrade and provide third line support, flexibly and at pace, for a suite of applications and a supporting data infrastructure at varying lifecycle stages, including existing live services; B) Hosting of new and existing services and platforms (including the transition of live services as well as those in development within the current Azure infrastructure) with subsequent transition of services to Scottish Government managed cloud platforms once available; C) A full Service Management function, providing 1st and 2nd line support for current and future products and platforms, including Service Desk management, which may include integration with SG service management systems; D) A Cyber Security Operations function; E) Evidenced knowledge and skills transfer from the Service Provider to Scottish Government staff..
