Langstane Housing Association is seeking multi-trades contractors for Lot 1(Aberdeen), Lot 2 (Aberdeenshire) and Lot 3 (Moray) to provide repairs and maintenance services to approximately 400 properties per year. This is a 2 year contract with 2 optional extensions of one year.

The Association wishes to contract with a multi-trades contractor for the Moray area. The contractor will carry out repairs and maintenance on void properties. The value of works over the past 3 years has averaged 100k GBP per year (although note that this level of work is not guaranteed).. Contractors must be members of the appropriate trade bodies e.g. Select, NICEIC, Gas Safe etc
