    "description": "Relevant Information for Suppliers - - Anticipated Tender Launch - Late July 2023 - Bidders require to meet all criteria that will be contained within the SPD document, drawing attention to the following: - Bidders must have a minimum of 2 years experience (within the previous 2 years) delivering services in the relevant Categories/Lot's that they wish to apply for. - Care Inspectorate Registrations (or Equivalent regulatory body) must be in place relevant to each Category/Lot being applied too, prior to the commencement of the Contract (anticipated as mid February 2024). *Care Inspectorate Gradings under the heading 'Care & Support' require to be evidenced at Grade 3 or higher for the current and 1 previous inspection. * This Tender is for the second break point re-opening of an existing live Framework Agreement which, following agreed extension, will run until will run until 30th January 2025, with an option to extend for a further 1 year period. * The Council, invites new Bidders, or those Bidders who were not previously successful in being awarded to any part of the original 2019 Framework, or who wish to apply for a new Framework category not previously awarded. Successfully awarded Providers will be added to a new non ranked 'services list' to enhance the existing available Provider options operating under the current Framework Agreement, in relation to each of the service categories detailed. Bidders will be strictly limited to providing services under Option 2 of the SDS Act, and Service Users or their Proxies will be able to choose awarded Bidders using a non-ranked alphabetical list created for this purpose.
