Notice Description
Fife Council are looking to engage with a certified competent company or certified competent companies to carry out the works specified comprising 4 visits per annum to comply with HSE Acop L8 approximately 900 public buildings, including carrying out Risk Assessments & Reviews, samplings and associated remedial works including tank cleans etc. The properties include schools, care homes, care in the community homes, sports centres, offices, museums, libraries, theatres, halls, police stations, fire stations, larger housing properties etc. The contract requires the Contractor to provide a normal working hours 365 days per annum call out service to attend to adjust temperatures or carry out emergency works.
