The Supply and Delivery of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables to council service areas that include but are not limited to the central production kitchen Cook Freeze and other sites managed by Catering & Facilities management - Financial Services (on behalf of Education) including nurseries and schools. Social Work locations for Homes for Life and Day Care Centers, Encore Hospitality Services for venues across the city including The Glasgow City Chambers and Glasgow Life venues.

Lot 1
The Supply & Delivery of fruit and vegetables to council locations including but not limited to central production kitchen Cook Freeze who produce approximately 7000 meals per day for schools, Early Years, Homes for Life & Day Care Centres. The successful bidder will also provide products to Encore Hospitality, who may offer cafe and banqueting services within Glasgow City Chambers and Glasgow Life venues that may include gyms, the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls, Glasgow City Chambers, Old Fruit Market, Mitchell Library, St. Mungo's Museum of Religious Art & Life, Kelvinhall Gallery of Modern Art and Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. The Burrell Collection, Emirates Arena, Tramway Theatre and the Lighthouse.. Bidders note that Affiliated Bodies may participate in this contract: City Building (Contracts) LLP; City Building (Glasgow) LLP; Culture and Sport Glasgow (Branded as Glasgow Life); Culture and Sport Glasgow (Trading) CIC; City Property (Glasgow) LLP and City Property (Investments) LLP
Options: The council reserves the right to source non-core and additional items from the awarded supplier.
