This flexible framework is a national collaborative framework agreement for care home services in Scotland for adults over 18 living with learning disabilities and/or autism, who may (but not in all cases) also have profound and multiple learning disabilities or complex needs for: People who require support in a Care Home before moving onto more independent options; and People for whom Care Home Support is the best way to meet their personal Outcomes.

The award criteria detail are unknown as these were set and evaluated by Scotland Excel but Providers were scored on price and quality.
Options: The CHALD Framework has additional services already built in with the hourley rate for these services agreed. Requirements for this placement are outlined in the ISA.
