Provision to the Council of kennelling facilities for stray dogs. Suitable and sufficient kennelling facilities for stray dogs shall be provided by the Contractor at one location. This arrangement relates to provision of at least 4 kennels, for which the Council is the sole user, separated from the other boarded dogs by an adequate barrier.

Renewal: 2 x Optional extension period of 12 months each.
